CNC MILLING
Our custom built 3-axis vertical mills with 5hp/3000RPM water-cooled spindles and multi-zone vacuum tables can accommodate sheet or block materials up to 60″ x 120″ and up to 3″ thick. We regularly mill cabinet-grade plywood, MDF, color-core HDF, hardwoods, high density polyethylene (HDPE) and architectural foam board.
Our PEV Labs-designed and built 4ft x 8ft mill has been in continuous use at our Waynesboro plant for 5 years.
Our newest PEV Labs-designed and built state of the art CNC routing table came online in late 2022. It has a multi-zone vacuum table system for smaller size materials and can accommodate up to 5ft x 10ft sheets.
